Kinds of Scholarships
Chair Scholarships
Chair Scholarships are established through a one-time donation of $20,000 or more by individuals and corporations for a lifetime scholarship. A donor can request a specific academic major or a school for the scholarship. A permanent annual $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a qualified student.
Designated Scholarships
Designated Scholarships are established to award students in specific fields. The contribution can be made either as a one-time or on a continuous basis. Each student receives $1,000 or more depending on the donated amount.
General Scholarships
General Scholarships are provided by the fund generated from various fundraising activities and/or other donations which are available to students in various academic fields and backgrounds. Each student receives from $1,000 or more, depending on the availability of funds.
High School Achievement Awards
High school juniors are eligible to apply for the High School Achievement Award. Selection is based on academic achievement including PSAT scores, community service, talent and leadership. Each student receives $100 or more. (may vary from region to region)
